Applications

ZDDP is widely used in combination as corrosion inhibitor for formulation of hydraulic oil, compressor oils, gear oils and other lubricants. It is used as anti-corrosive and anti-oxidant component in lubricant oils and greases. They provide the following benefits :

1. Improved wear control

2. Longer lifetime of moving engine parts

3. Reduced oil oxidation

4. Reduced viscosity increase.

Additiv 2030 is based on a combination of different selected alcohols thus providing antiwear performance and enhanced thermal and hydrolytic stability. In combination with other additives, Additiv 2030 is especially used for the formulation of hydraulic fluids industrial gear oils, metalworking fluids and greases.
